Two NSW awards for GreenWay Projects

The achievements of the GreenWay community have recently been recognised with  two awards: a public arts and place making award for the stunning community mosaic mural in the pedestrian tunnel on Kegworth Street, Leichhardt and a commendation award for the innovative GreenWay Schools Sustainabilty Program.

Congratulations and thank you to everyone who contributed to the success of these projects.

Beyond the tracks

The disused rail tracks bounding the western edge of Jack Shanahan Reserve in Dulwich Hill were removed in November. The GreenWay Program and the Friends of the GreenWay are investigating how to access this land so that it could be used for a shared path and native planting.

Help Friends make a Difference!

The Friends of the GreenWay have made it easier for GreenWay supporters to become members and to donate towards the ongoing campaign to build the GreenWay Trail with a new online membership and and donation facility.
