The GreenWay Steering Committee is a regional committee whose goal is to oversee the implementation of the Cooks River to Iron Cove GreenWay.

Established by the Greenway Councils in 2010, the committee is guided by the GreenWay Master Plan and Coordination Strategy (see website) and consists of councillors and staff representatives from the four GreenWay councils and representatives from Friends of the GreenWay, Inner West Environment Group and local cycling groups.

The committee meets approximately 5 times a year in council chambers. Meetings are typically held on Mondays from 4.30pm – 6.30pm. Occasionally there will be a requirement to attend other meetings and there is regular email correspondence.
